Gemma Browne is an Irish Visual Artist born in London and based in Dublin.  Her work explores female identity, youth and notions of beauty through the mediums of painting and drawing. Fashion models and dolls often show up in her art, looking posed and presented but they look back defiantly at the viewer. The paintings appear to capture brief, snapped moments in the subjects' lives.
She had a three person show at Helen's Costume Fine Art in Portland, Oregon in 2024 and took part in The 6th Biennial of Painting with Pallas Contemporary Projects in Zagreb in 2021. She was featured in Art Maze Mag and had a solo show at Kevin Kavanagh Gallery in 2023.
